Yes. Sale and discounted items are still 100% authentic. Markdowns happen because of seasonal sales, clearance pricing, or limited availability — never because of quality compromise. Please note, however, that sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Most items arrive with their original US tags, packaging, and brand materials. In some cases — especially clearance or pre-owned outlet items — packaging may have minor shelf wear. Product descriptions will note if there is anything different. When in doubt, message us before ordering.

At this time, we do not offer a built-in installment plan. However, if you’re paying by credit card, you may be able to convert your purchase to an installment plan directly through your bank or card issuer, depending on their policies.
Yes. Once your order and payment are confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via your registered email address. Please keep this email — you may need it for tracking or in the event of a return claim.

How much is shipping?
FREE SHIPPING on all orders ₱500 and above.
For orders below ₱500, a standard shipping fee applies based on your location. Exact fees will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
Metro Manila & Luzon: 3–5 business days
Visayas: 5–7 business days
Mindanao (Davao area): 2–4 business days
Remote areas & islands: 7–14 business days
We ship via trusted local courier services. The courier used for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation. Common couriers include J&T Express, LBC, GoGo Express, and others depending on your area and order size.
At this time, we do not offer a choice of courier during checkout. We assign the most suitable courier based on your location and the size of your order to ensure safe and timely delivery. If you have a specific concern or preference, please reach out to us before ordering.
Yes, we ship nationwide — including provincial and remote areas. Please note that delivery to island provinces or areas not covered by standard couriers may take longer and may incur additional shipping fees. These will be reflected at checkout.
The courier will typically attempt re-delivery or leave a notice for pickup at their nearest branch. You will receive a notification from the courier directly (via SMS or app). If your package is unclaimed past the courier’s holding period, it will be returned to us — and a re-shipping fee will apply for re-delivery.
Once your order is packed and handed to the courier, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number via email. You can then use the Track Order page on our website or track directly on the courier’s website/app.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can track your package using the Track Order page on our website. You can also log in to My Account to view the status of all your orders.
It can take 24–48 hours for the courier system to update after a tracking number is issued. If there are still no updates after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
“Out for Delivery” means your package has left the courier’s local hub and is on its way to your address today. Make sure someone is available to receive it and that your address and contact number are correct.

If you still can’t locate your package, contact us immediately with your order number and we will coordinate with the courier to investigate. Please report this within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
We accept return and refund requests within 7 days after you receive your item. After 7 days from delivery, we can no longer process any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This is our standard practice to protect both buyers and sellers from fraud and shipping disputes. We strongly recommend recording your unboxing for every order, especially fragile or high-value items.

You must report any damage or defect within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Claims filed after this window will not be accepted. Make sure to have your unboxing video and photos ready when you reach out.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
If you don’t see the refund after 10 days:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent). Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and in some cases may be deducted from your approved refund amount.
We recommend using a courier with a tracking number — JBSFA is not liable for parcels lost in transit back to us.
No, we do not accept exchanges due to wrong size or color chosen by the customer.

Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items, and are subject to stock availability.
Pre-Orders are items that are not yet on hand in the Philippines but can be ordered from the US on your behalf. Most of our pre-order items are sourced from Costco USA and other American warehouses. These are large-format or bulk items not typically available locally.

Pre-order timelines vary depending on the product and shipping batch. Generally, expect 16-18 weeks from the time you place your pre-order to the time it arrives in the Philippines and is dispatched to you. We will provide an estimated arrival date on the product page or upon confirmation of your order.
Yes, payment is required to secure your pre-order slot. We also offer 50% downpayment for installment plan. This ensures we purchase the correct quantity from the US on your behalf. Please message us or check the individual listing for payment instructions specific to each pre-order item.
Pre-order cancellations are generally not accepted once your order has been confirmed and the item has been purchased from our US source. If you need to cancel for a valid reason, please contact us as soon as possible — cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
In the rare event that a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable or discontinued on the US side, we will notify you immediately and arrange a full refund. We will never substitute your order with a different item without your approval.

Go to My Account and click “Lost your password?” Enter your registered email address and we’ll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
