Shipping Policy

1. Overview

JBSFA offers two types of products:

  • On-Hand Items – Products currently available in our Calinan, Davao City location and ready for local shipment within the Philippines.
  • Pre-Order Items – Products specially sourced from the United States upon customer order. These items require international shipping and extended delivery timelines before local dispatch within the Philippines.

By placing an order with JBSFA, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the shipping timelines, procedures, and policies outlined below.

2. Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide throughout the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and most provincial and island locations.

Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional shipping fees and extended delivery times depending on courier accessibility.

3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for all qualifying orders totaling ₱500.00 and above, unless otherwise stated.

Orders below ₱500.00 may be subject to standard shipping fees calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package dimensions, and package weight.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Oversized or bulky items
  • Special handling requirements
  • Remote area surcharges imposed by the courier

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Processing includes:

  • Payment verification
  • Order confirmation
  • Packaging
  • Courier dispatch preparation

On-Hand Items

Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items

Processing begins only after the item arrives in the Philippines from the United States.

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been shipped and handed to the courier.

On-Hand Orders

  • Metro Manila: 3–5 business days
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 4–6 business days
  • Visayas: 5–7 business days
  • Davao and nearby Mindanao areas: 2–4 business days
  • Other Mindanao areas: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or island areas: 7–14 business days

Pre-Order Orders

Estimated arrival from the United States is approximately 14–16 weeks from the date the order is confirmed and paid.

Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • International shipping schedules
  • Customs inspections and clearance
  • Port congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Other unforeseen logistical circumstances beyond JBSFA’s control

While many shipments may arrive earlier, JBSFA does not guarantee exact delivery dates for pre-order items.

6. Courier Partners

JBSFA ships through trusted local and national courier partners, including but not limited to:

  • J&T Express
  • LBC Express
  • Other third-party regional couriers as needed

     

Courier selection is determined based on delivery location, package size, and service availability. At this time, customers cannot choose a preferred courier during checkout.

7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing your tracking number.

Tracking may be monitored through:

  • The Track Order page on our website
  • The courier’s official website or mobile application

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the courier system.

8. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or address issues, the courier may:

  • Attempt re-delivery
  • Hold the package for branch pickup
  • Return the package to JBSFA

If an order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees before the package can be dispatched again.

JBSFA is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refused deliveries
  • Failure to claim held packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before checkout.

9. Damaged Packages and Claims

If a package arrives damaged, customers must:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening
  • Record a complete unboxing video
  • Document any visible damage immediately

All damage claims must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video and supporting photos will automatically be denied.

10. Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or the package is officially declared lost by the courier, contact us immediately with your:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Full name

JBSFA will coordinate with the courier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

11. Limitation of Liability

JBSFA is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs delays
  • Courier operational issues
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
