No Video, No Photos, No Refund Policy

To ensure fairness, transparency, and the integrity of all transactions, JBSFA requires clear supporting documentation for all refund, return, or damage claims.

All claims must include:

  • A complete unboxing video
  • Clear photos showing the issue or damage
  • Order confirmation or proof of purchase

Without the required video and photo evidence, refund, return, or exchange requests will automatically be denied.

This policy is implemented to protect both our customers and JBSFA from fraudulent or unverifiable claims and to provide an objective basis for reviewing concerns accurately and fairly. Visual documentation allows our team to properly assess the condition of the item upon delivery and determine the appropriate resolution.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and secure shopping experience for everyone.



1. Overview

Thank you for shopping at JBSFA. Because our items are sourced from the United States and sold in the Philippines, we follow a strict return and refund process to ensure fairness for all parties.

Customers have up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an approved item back to JBSFA.

However, any issue involving damaged items, defective products, or wrong items received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with all required documentation. Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of the request.

After 7 days from delivery, all sales are considered final.



2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Complete with original tags and accessories (if any)
  • In its original packaging



3. Valid Reasons for Return

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item sent (we sent a different item from what you ordered)
  • Item was damaged upon arrival
  • Item has a factory defect confirmed upon inspection

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size chosen by the customer
  • Wrong color chosen by the customer
  • Items that did not meet personal expectations not related to a defect



4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items
  • Beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, supplements, and personal care items
  • Underwear, swimwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items
  • Grocery, food, snacks, drinks, and perishable goods
  • Fragile items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items


5. Required Documentation & Reporting Timeframe

All return, refund, or exchange requests involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item and must include the following:

  • An unboxing video (required for all damage and defect claims — no exceptions)
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Receipt or order confirmation
  • Screenshot of order details

Failure to provide an unboxing video for damage or defect claims will result in automatic rejection of the request.



6. How to File a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a request:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damage, defect, or wrong-item concerns.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for request, and all required documentation.
  3. Wait for approval instructions from our team.
  4. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 calendar days from delivery date.



7. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • The item has a minor factory flaw that does not significantly affect its function
  • The packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact
  • The item is missing a minor accessory not essential to its use

Partial refund amounts are determined by our team on a case-by-case basis.



8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days via your original payment method (GCash, bank transfer, credit/debit card) or as store credit, at our discretion.

If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your GCash or bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact us at jbsfa2021@gmail.com if the issue remains unresolved.



9. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process outlined in Section 6.

We do not offer exchanges for size or color changes.



10. Pre-Order & Special Order Policy

Pre-order and special-order items sourced specifically upon customer request are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.



11. JBSFA’s Right to Deny Claims

JBSFA reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if there is evidence of:

  • Misuse or tampering
  • Wear and tear or intentional damage
  • Missing components
  • Failure to follow product care instructions


12. Sale and Discounted Items

All sale items, clearance products, and items purchased during promotional events are final sale. They are non-returnable and non-refundable regardless of reason.



13. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you as the recipient, a gift credit may be issued after the return is received and approved.

If the gift was originally shipped to the gift giver and then passed on to you, the refund will be returned to the original purchaser.



14. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount at our discretion.

We strongly recommend using a courier service that provides a tracking number. JBSFA is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
