Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with JB Straight From America (JBSFA).
Because our items are sourced from the USA and shipped internationally, we follow a specific refund and return process to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days after you receive your item.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, we can no longer offer a refund, return, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Have complete tags and accessories (if any)

  • Be in its original packaging

Please note: JBSFA does not accept returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color chosen by the customer.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance, sale, or promo items

  • Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, supplements, and personal care items

  • Underwear, swimwear, socks, and other hygiene-related items

  • Grocery, food, snacks, drinks, and other perishable items

  • Fragile items that were damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items

We only process returns for items that are:

✔ Incorrect item sent
✔ Damaged upon arrival
✔ Defective (factory defect)


3. Proof Required

To file a return or refund request, you must provide the following within 24–48 hours of receiving the item:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Video unboxing (required for damage/defect claims)

  • Receipt or proof of purchase

  • Screenshot of order details

No unboxing video = No refund or replacement for damaged items.
This is standard practice for international shipping protection.


4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item has minor factory flaws that do not affect function

  • The packaging is torn but the product is intact

  • The item is missing minor accessories not essential to use


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an update regarding:

  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued via your original payment method or store credit, within 5–10 working days.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or GCash account again

  2. Contact your bank—posting times may vary

  3. Contact your payment service provider for updates

7. Sale or Discounted Items

Sale items, marked-down products, and promotional items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.


8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect item delivered

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit after we receive your return.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and then gave it to you, the refund will go to the gift giver.


10. Shipping Returns

To return your item, ship the product to:
